Our alarms are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by professionally trained staff, committed to providing outstanding customer service and support.

Clients have the option to wear either a neck, wrist or brooch style pendant and in an emergency, simply press the button on the pendant. You don't need to be near the telephone - the alarm works from anywhere in and around the home including the garden, bathroom and garage. As well, there is a button on the actual alarm unit that can activate the alarm.

Upon activation the alarm unit will dial the Response Centre and within seconds a two-way voice link is open, putting you in contact with one of our trained staff who will remain with you until assistance arrives. If we cannot make contact with you, we will immediately put your emergency procedures in place.
